Ask a Librarian
Get help with your questions by emailing a school librarian. Simple, fact-based questions are usually answered within 24 hours. In addition to your name and question, tell us (if possible and relevant) when you need an answer and how you plan to use the information.
Adventist Resources
In collaboration with teachers, the library publishes a list of useful web sites for learning and research. All sites listed have been vetted to make sure they are age-appropriate, current, authoritative, and relevant to the needs of students.
eBooks
Seeking to promote reading and support teaching, learning and research, we provide links to websites featuring numerous resources in print that are out of copyright. Many of these resources have great historical value and some are very readable.
Multimedia
A large number of multimedia resources is available online through the Association of Public Broadcasting Stations of New York State. Some of these resources are aligned to state's learning standards, offer suggested activities and essays, and give the ability to stream and download content. Some services require a user name and password. Email a school librarian to get them.
Research Databases
All members of the school community may access a number of research databases from their homes. Please email a school librarian to obtain the login information necessary to access the databases.

Public Libraries
Resources not available through GNYA's library may be accessed in other facilities in the New York metropolitan area. We offer a list of local public libraries that our users can utilize.
